Honor Everywhere

Honor Everywhere Honor Everywhere is a virtual reality experience for veterans who are too sick or frail to physically travel on an Honor Flight. See website for more info!

Virtual Reality program for Veterans who aren't able to physically travel on an Honor Flight due to their condition. This virtual tour is in no way a replacement for a real Honor Flight. A real Honor Flight is way better than a virtual tour. This program is only for Veterans who aren't able to physically travel. What a fun evening at the 89th State Conference of the Michigan Society Children of the American Revolution (M.S.C.A.R.) in Detroit.

State President James Kraatz brought his State Project to and end by “Bringing Honor” to veterans in Michigan. He contacted Honor Everywhere to fundraise for the 3 Michigan Honor Flights to provide them with free VR Headsets as another tool in their tool pouch in helping our veterans via sit their memorials.

In no way does Honor Everywhere ever replace a physical Honor Flight but rather when a veteran can’t physically travel they have the option to view one of 5 free experiences with Honor Everywhere. Seeing the memorials in Washington DC is by far the best experience but as our veterans age and health issues arise it may be their only option.

Thanks to State President James Kraatz he was able to fundraise to put 7 VR Headsets in the hands of each of the 3 Michigan Honor Flight hubs AND $3,000 in extra money from his fundraiser to put towards the actual flights! 👏🏻

Talons Out Honor Flight and Mid-Michigan Honor Flight were present tonight to accept their “Honorary” VR Headsets with the actual sets being shipped to them soon! (Upper Peninsula Honor Flight couldn’t be there tonight but they will get their VR Headsets and money shipped out to them soon!)

It was an honor to be here tonight to support James on smashing his goal and making a huge impact in the lives of our veterans! I am so proud of you! ❤️

(His sister Alice fundraised for a full flight during her term as State President and they will finally be taking this flight on June 18, 2022! It was a huge undertaking but both of these kids are focused and dedicated!)

Thank you Elizabeth Kraatz for everything! You have done very well raising those kids... you should be very proud! ❤️🇺🇸❤️

Sarah Hill, Michele Spry and Joe Machado had the opportunity to present at the 2021 Virtual Honor Flight Summit earlier today.

We are grateful to been able to let each Honor Flight hub know about another “tool in their toolbox” when it comes to getting veterans to their memorials before it’s too late.

Honor Everywhere NEVER replaces an Honor Flight however as a last resort when a veteran physically can’t travel they can still make sure their veteran sees their memorial from the comfort of their living room, hospital room and/or nursing home.

Thank you Honor Flight Network and thank you to each of the hubs for all you do for our veterans! ❤️🇺🇸❤️

Thank you Stephen R Brown for this photo from today! 📷

WE HAVE SOME BIG NEWS!! Healium has teamed up with T-Mobile to bring virtual Honor Flight experiences to veterans living in small towns across the country. With the power of T-Mobile's 5G hotspots and our Honor Everywhere app, aging, and disabled veterans can experience their war memorials as if they were there in person.

Thank you to T-Mobile for helping us make this happen. And thank a veteran in your life today! They deserve all of our gratitude.

It’s Military Appreciation Month, and we honor those who have served our country. T-Mobile (NASDAQ: TMUS) today announced it is teaming up with Healiu

This morning, Sarah Hill and Michele Spry traveled up to Hannibal, MO so that they could take a veteran “virtually” to see his memorial in Washington, DC.

This is Mr. Sinclair, Seaman 2nd Class who was aboard the USS Columbia in the North Atlantic during WWII.

The Patriot Guard Riders were there for this special occasion and they scheduled a special parade that drove in front of his home.

Thank you to everyone who made this an extra special day for this young man and his family.

Mr. Sinclair, we thank you for your service to our great country. ❤️🇺🇸❤️

While we know 2020 has been different for all of us, it doesn’t mean that we can’t honor our veterans on this Veterans Day. ❤️🇺🇸

Their sacrifices to our country, their families, and our freedom doesn’t go unnoticed. It has been our mission since 2015 to ensure that our veterans who can't physically travel to see their memorial, still have the opportunity to travel to Washington, DC via virtual reality. ❤️🇺🇸

This year, from the safety of their homes, nursing homes, and hospital rooms you can help us make sure our veterans get the opportunity to see their memorials with the help of Honor Everywhere. ❤️🇺🇸

Happy July 1st everyone!

We want to keep everyone informed the best we can when there are changes going on. Oculus recently announced that they will no longer be manufacturing the Oculus Go headsets.

Even though Oculus will be discontinuing the manufacturing Oculus Go hardware, your VR headsets and the Honor Everywhere app will continue to work!

So if you recently purchased an Oculus Go or manage to get your hands on one at a low cost, don't worry... you can still access the free Honor Everywhere content on the Go for the foreseeable future even after Oculus stops accepting new apps or updates.

We are pushing the Honor Everywhere app to the Oculus Quest VR headset as soon as we can get Oculus to approve our app. We will let you know when it's been ported.

In short, the Oculus GO will still work and the Honor Everywhere app will still be available on your Oculus GO and we are working to get the app ported to Oculus Quest.

Please know that we will work hard to communicate with you as changes and information become available. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask!

Thank you for all you are doing for our veterans, especially during this time. The Honor Flight Network is a dedicated team of people that we are proud to be among. Take care and talk to you soon!

Today Honor Everywhere went down near Jeff City, MO to visit Mr. John and his wife. He is physically unable to travel on an Honor Flight so we took his memorial to him!

Mr. John is a Korean War Veteran who served in the US Army from 1950-1952. His job duty was to write condolence letters to the families of the fallen.

The best part of him watching these virtual reality experiences, when he placed his hand over his heart and said "Thank you" after hearing someone in the video saying "Thank you for your service".

We salute you and thank you for your service. ❤️🇺🇸❤️

2020 Honor Flight Summit, Thank you! ❤️

We thank you for the hospitality and the warm welcome this weekend! It was truly an honor to connect with so many of you over the past two days and we see your passion for trying to make sure all veterans get to their memorials. The hugs, handshakes, tears and smiles were genuine and real!

We believe in the mission of Honor Flight and we are doing what we can to give back to those that have given so much. Safe travels to everyone who is traveling back home and we hope to keep these conversations going! ❤️

What an incredible day talking to so many hubs about how they could use Honor Everywhere at the 2020 Honor Flight Summit! Truly some genuine conversations were had! ❤️

Thank you to everyone who stopped by and took time to check out an experience! I hope you can see the passion we have to making sure our veterans games their memorials via Honor Everywhere when physically traveling on an Honor Flight isn’t possible.

Remember, Honor Everywhere NEVER replaces an Honor Flight but rather becomes a tool in your tool belt to use when a veteran can’t physically travel.

We are very excited to be traveling to the Honor Flight Summit this year! We want to allow the Honor Flight hubs to know that this technology is available to them free of charge (they do need an Oculus Go headset to view Honor Everywhere).

Just as a reminder, Honor Everywhere NEVER replaces an Honor Flight but rather gives an option for those who can’t physically travel to their memorials.

If you are going to the Summit make sure to come see us Friday (we will have a table) and Saturday for 2 breakout sessions! We will have an opportunity to allow you to try the experiences we have created so far.

This morning we took Honor Everywhere to Mr. Richard, a Vietnam Veteran who served in the Army. 🇺🇸

He is paralyzed from the waist down and is not able to physically travel on an Honor Flight. Through technology, Mr. Richard and his wife were able to see his memorial via Virtual Reality. ❤️

Mr. Richard, it was an honor and pleasure talking to you today. We want to thank you for your service and wish you and your family a very Merry Christmas! 🎄❤️🇺🇸

Honor Everywhere traveled to Washington, DC today to record footage to create a Virtual Reality video at the Korean War Memorial. We were honored to have Ms. June who served in the Korean War as a nurse.

Fun Fact: She had an identical twin sister who was also a nurse at the same hospital during war.

Another Fun Fact: Ms. June would also meet her husband who was one of her patients at this hospital.

Stay tuned as we bring this Honor Everywhere Virtual Reality Experience to you in the near future!

These experiences are available to you FREE of charge in the Oculus store.
