⛳ WE HIT THE GREENS FOR A GREAT CAUSE! 🎓

SCCA’s Annual Golf Tournament brought together 19 golfers from South Carolina Department of Corrections and South Carolina Department of Juvenile Justice at The Spur at Northwoods Golf Club for some friendly competition and a bigger mission!

With a 9 AM tee time and a grand prize on the line, our golfers showed up ready to play! 🏌️‍♀️🏌️‍♂️🏌🏽‍♀️🏌🏾‍♂️

But the real WIN is supporting the SCCA Scholarship Program, which helps deserving students pursuing careers in Criminal Justice and related fields.

Thank you to everyone who played, supported, and helped make the day a success! 💙⛳

The South Carolina Correctional Association joins the law enforcement and corrections community in mourning the loss of Christopher DeLong of the Columbia Police Department.

Our thoughts and prayers are with his family, friends, fellow officers, and the entire Columbia Police Department during this difficult time.

Ready, Set, Learn! ✏️📝📓📚

SCCA Allendale hosted successful back-to-school bashes in Fairfax and Hampton counties, supporting over 300 students ranging from
elementary through high school. To set them up for a great school year, each student received a personalized SCCA Allendale bag packed with essential supplies, including:
• Pens, pencils, erasers, pencil sharpeners, crayons, glue stick, rulers, and pencil pouches
• Composition notebooks, spiral notebooks, loose-leaf paper, and two-pocket folders.

In addition to academic supplies, we served hot dogs, chips, and drinks to make it a fun celebration for the whole community!

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Fairfax Car Care and Food Lion (Hampton) for allowing SCCA Allendale to host this event within the vicinity of their business. Their hospitality and support for our community are truly unmatched!
