Our Story

Inspection Experts, Inc, in business since 2004, is a diverse firm excelling in solid contract performance while also supporting small business contracting goals with our certifications as a Economically Disadvantaged Woman-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB) firm. Our firm continues to expand through our performance of federal, municipal, and private contracts nationwide (CONUS) and worldwide (OCONUS). Through this experience, we have worked in 44 states and 8 countries. We specialize in Facilities Management, Environmental Consulting, ESH & Industrial Hygiene, Construction/Demo Services Management, and REO & Asset Management Preservation.

IEI provides comprehensive facilities operation, maintenance and preventative maintenance, and management services for diverse buildings including Class A offices, federal courthouses, laboratories, research centers, military installations, mechanical spaces, and warehouses. We maximize cost savings and conservation through sustainable features and innovative green technology including solar arrays, LED bulbs, Building Automation System (BAS) management, motion-activated lighting, and EPA WaterSense products. To present a safe and comfortable environment for building occupants, visitors, and taxpayers, IEI performs grounds maintenance, custodial, snow removal, and integrated pest management services. We accelerate response to service calls with an in-house team of building engineers, HVAC technicians, BAS specialists, carpenters, plumbers, electricians, general maintenance workers, and Certified Safety Professionals. Effective use of databases, CMMS, and inventory control systems supports client decision making regarding master planning, replacement versus repair options, facility upgrades, and utilization.

IEI also specializes in low risk, innovative, single solution to our clients’ needs for environmental planning and compliance services, site characterization and remediation, environmental safety and health program management, hazardous material/HTRW management, industrial hygiene services. We streamline start-up, ensure well-managed ex*****on, and enhance regulatory compliance based on our work in 44 states/69 countries with commercial clients, local housing authorities, private clients, and federal agencies including USACE Baltimore, USACE Omaha, NAVFAC Washington, NAVFAC MidLant, NAVFAC Far-East, DoS, DOL, HUD, and FOH. Our team of over 100 personnel includes: Professional Engineers (PE), Professional Geologists (PG), Certified Industrial Hygienists (CIH), Certified Safety Professionals (CSP), Quality Control Managers, Environmental Professionals, Certified Hazardous Materials Managers (CHMM), Project Managers, LEED Professionals, Certified Abatement Supervisors and Workers, and Housing Inspectors. We enhance cost and time savings by leveraging deep internal resources including financial, managerial, staff, equipment, and administrative and communication processes.
