Jennifer Harding, South Carolina ESGR state chairman presented the Seven Seals award to Darlington Raceway at the Cookout Southern 500 Race during their military appreciation day. They received this award for their meritorious leadership and initiative in support of the men and women who serve America in the National Guard and Reserve.

On 8/28/26 SC ESGR Volunteer David Gayle presented the Patriot Award to Tim Watkins of Heidelberg Materials. Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest integrated manufacturers of heavy building materials and solutions.

Tim is the Director of Operations for Heidelberg Materials in Ward, SC. He is a Veteran of the United States Navy. Tim was nominated by Richard Hodge. Richard serves as a Sergeant in the 1055th Transportation Company of the South Carolina Army National Guard. Tim also signed the ESGR Statement of Support.

Upstate Bosslift

Thank you to all the employers who participated in the recent Upstate Bosslift! We truly appreciate you taking the time to join us for this special experience and for your continued support of our Guard and Reserve service members.

A very special thank you to our Flight Facilities and flight crews for conduction this impressive Bosslift mission and providing our employers with such a unique, informative, and memorable experience. Your professionalism, coordination, and dedication helped make this event possible, and we greatly appreciate your support of the ESGR mission.

We also extend our appreciation to our amazing Public Affairs Office (PAO) Team for capturing and sharing photos from the event.

Thank you to State Chair Jennifer Harding for her leadership, our ESGR volunteers for their time and dedication, the Flight Facilities and crews, our PAO Team, and everyone who worked behind the scenes to make this Bosslift possible.
