Palmetto Association for Children and Families The Palmetto Association for Children and Families (PAFCAF) exists to make a positive difference in the lives of children and families in need in SC.

PAFCAF, is a non-profit 501(c)(3) membership organization, created in 1986 to unite the diverse agencies caring for South Carolina's children residing in child welfare. We aim to provide education, support and leadership that strengthens the capacity of our member agencies to produce positive outcomes for children and their families.
