The directorate is comprised of a Headquarters section that provides administr
ative support, linkage to the CIMT staff and command group located at Fort Eustis, and executes QA, KM, and development requirements for the entire organization. The four divisions, IMTLS, USAPFS, USAMRS, and PDID, perform functional roles related to leader and support education, training development, master resilience and physical readiness policy formulation, respectively. In addition, the Brigade Commander, as the senior military representative of CIMT at Fort Jackson, provides support oversight to the US Army Drill Sergeants School in addition to its directed responsibilities in developing the school’s POI and its Quality Assurance requirements.
