The Federation of Families of South Carolina is a Statewide Family Network organized to provide information, training and support for families of children who have been identified with or are at risk of developing an emotional or behavioral disorder. When parents first have concerns about their child's behavior or receive a diagnosis that they child has an emotional or behavioral disorder, they may feel sad, angry, frustrated, helpless, hopeless, isolated, and confused about where to turn for help. Many parents say it helped to talk to other parents who have gone through the same experience.
