Your new fitness schedule is here — and we have two new ways to move!

This week, we are welcoming two NEW classes to the lineup:

Relax & Stretch Yoga
Mondays | 6:00–7:00 PM
Slow down, stretch it out, and reset. This gentle yoga class uses seated stretches, mindful movement, and deep breathing to release everyday tension and improve flexibility. Perfect for all levels.

Aqua Zumba
Tuesdays | 8:00–9:00 AM
Bring the energy of Zumba to the pool! Aqua Zumba combines fun, upbeat movement with the low-impact benefits of exercising in the water, helping build strength and endurance while being easier on the joints.

Plus, all your favorite fitness classes are still on the schedule. Check out the full lineup, find a class that fits your routine, and make movement a part of your day!

A heads up, Columbia

There’s a lot of work happening at the Columbia Aquatics & Recreation Center, and there’s even more to come.

We’re making improvements throughout the facility, from our pools and pump rooms to restrooms, locker rooms, accessibility, fitness spaces, HVAC, and more.

We know the closures, detours, and changes along the way aren’t always convenient, but they’re part of building a safer, cleaner, more accessible facility for our community.

Thanks for your patience as we work through the construction and keep making the ARC better for you.
