This week we learned about fossils and Paleontology! The kids got to dig up their own dinosaurs and then used air dry clay to make a impression fossil. We also talked about the differences between fossils and artifacts and looked at real examples to see which is which. 🦕

Jane Lampton Clemens' birthday is Thursday, June 18th. There will be a birthday cake and ice cream at the Research Center at 11 a.m. to celebrate Mrs. Clemens on her 223rd anniversary of birth.
