Parents: When traveling during the summer, whether it's for a vacation or an overnight stay at grandma's, always practice safe sleep. 💤

Don't take a vacation from safe sleep practices! 💡 Follow these ABCs to lower the risk of sleep-related infant death.

A: Alone - without pets, blankets or objects, in their own space.
B: Back - Always place your baby on their back to sleep.
C: Crib - Use a crib, portable crib or pack and play with a flat, firm mattress and a fitted sheet.
