South Carolina Chapter - International Association of Arson Investigators The SC Chapter of the International Association of Arson Inv. (SCIAAI) is the 33rd chapter of the International Association of Arson Inv. (IAAI).

We promotes the profession of fire/arson investigation and provide professional training throughout SC. Created in 1979 as a non-profit organization. The purpose of the association is to serve the professional needs of men and women engaged in all aspects of fire and arson investigation. SCIAAI is Chapter #33 of the International Association of Arson Investigators.

The South Carolina Chapter of the International Association of Arson Investigators was proud to host our First Quarter Training, and the outstanding participation and engagement made the program a tremendous success. The feedback from attendees was overwhelmingly positive, reflecting the value of continued professional education grounded in science and best practices. We extend our sincere appreciation to IAAI President David Bridges for delivering exceptional instruction on the Scientific Method and reinforcing the principles that guide our profession.
