The latest flavor in our house is Sweet Peppered Maple. The flavor is perfectly balanced with a touch of sweetness and just the right amount of cracked pepper. It's tender, high quality and doesn't have the tough, overly dry texture that many jerkies do. The fact that it's gluten free is an added bonus.
