Qualifying for the 2026 General Primary/ Non-Partisan Election

Qualifying for County Commissioner, District 2 and District 4 and Board of Education, District 2 and 4 will be held Monday, March 2 through Friday, March 6, 2026. Hours will be 9:00 until 5:00 daily except for Friday which will be 9:00 until 12:00 noon.

The Board of Commissioners, Building and Planning, Parks and Recreation will be moving to 111 North First Street. The Tax Assessors Office will be moving to the Courthouse next week. We are open for business at 111 North First Street.

All Miller County Government offices will be reopening tomorrow Friday, January 24th at normal business hours.

The Probate/Magistrate Court Offices of Miller County will be open tomorrow, January 21. We will be closed Wednesday, January 22 due to the strong possibility of inclement weather.

The Miller County Probate/Magistrate Court will close today at 2:00 p.m. for Thanksgiving Holidays and will reopen Monday morning.

The Miller County Probate/Magistrate Court offices will be undergoing maintenance on Monday, November 18, 2024, and Tuesday, November 19.

We will remain open, but will operate out of room 113 in the courthouse.

Official notice of early voting incorrectly included October 14 as the first day to vote. Early voting will begin October 15.

Tuesday, Oct. 15 - Saturday, Oct. 19 (9a-5p)
Monday, Oct. 21 - Saturday, Oct. 26 (9a-5p)
Monday, Oct. 28 - Friday, Nov. 1 (9a-5p)

Election Day:

Tuesday, November 5 (7a-7p)
