There’s a new ring at USAFA, and this one is hard to miss. 👀 The 11-ft, 5,500-lb class ring on Yost Plaza (just outside Doolittle Hall) is INCREDIBLE!

Pictures don’t really do it justice—and if you look right through the center your view is our cadet area.

For those who have worn your USAFA ring for a few years (or a few decades), I’m curious—what does your ring mean to you?

70 sit ups in 2 minutes.

Not at the max yet, but one step closer than I was yesterday.

For the PFT, the max score for women is 95 sit ups in 2 minutes, so that’s the goal I’m working toward.

I’ve been using the USAFA Fitness App to help track my progress. Super shout-out to Abdulmalik Ariyo ‘24 for creating this awesome tool!

Parents’ Weekend + Falcon Football = a pretty great reason to tailgate. 🏈

Air Force takes on Duquesne Saturday, September 5, and we’re kicking off game day together at Falcon Alley!

If you’re coming to the Academy for Parents’ Weekend, bring the family and join fellow grads, parents, and Falcon fans for food, drinks, games, and plenty of pregame energy.

A few special moments from my time in DC.🫡

One of the best parts of traveling in my work is reconnecting with fellow graduates. Whether it's catching up with old friends, getting in a training session before March Back, or meeting new faces at the USAFA Entrepreneurs Group event, every conversation reminds me how strong the Long Blue Line really is.

The inaugural Entrepreneurs Group networking event was definitely a highlight. So many great conversations, new connections, and ideas shared.
