Our team connects vital businesses with work-ready job seekers and employer-driven services. Job seekers, at no-cost, are offered training, workshops, internships and counseling to ensure workforce-readiness and a path to successful employment. Assistance ranges from career counseling and résumé preparation to mock interviews, computer skills, networking and more. Clients range from entry-level to

professional, including young adults, adults, veterans, people returning to the workforce, and those with barriers to employment. For employers, we offer no-cost, tailored services to connect with workforce-ready job seekers. Services include analysis of workforce and business needs, recruitment and hiring events including candidate sourcing, group and individual pre-employment assessments, and more. Employers are also offered funded on-the-job training, apprenticeships and internships, rapid response services to help employees during staff reductions, and more.
