The plant shut down over night and did not give us an alarm. Tank was drained causing an outage of water in some areas. We are working on issue and should have water to everyone within the hour. Sorry for the inconvenience and for your patience.

The pipe is in and back filled starting to charge line on SantaFe. Charging slow so we don’t have anymore breaks Should be a hour to get it back up to pressure. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

The break has been dug up and replacing a 25 feet of new line It has all been exposed and starting to replace. ETA will be about 2 hrs the only area that is without water at the moment is SantaFe drive Everyone should have water. Tank one is back up to 8 ft and building. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Waterline break on SantaFe we had to shut off the water to the whole street. No ETA at this time Crew is on the scene waiting for locates .

Update on waterline breaks

The break on Ganeros has been fixed and lines recharged. The Southpark break was recharged but did not seal and is still leaking Everyone has water but pressure will not be as it should be we will have to be back in morning and shutting the water off again to fix when we have the right parts. Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

We are starting to charge lines in Southpark should have water back on in 30 minutes. Then to work on next break on graneros have crew on it well bleeding air out of lines in Southpark
