This page provides pics and info for ALL SSFUSD families. As of 12/8/2016, I was seated as an SSFUSD Board Trustee.

As an active PTA "Mom" and community member, I realized that we had needs that could only be addressed at a policy level. As a member of our "governance team" (the Board and superintendent), I have always kept our "kids" at the core of every decision I make. As I enter my second term, please know that the things I care about have not changed and include:

~ EQUITY... Working to make sure ALL stud

ents have their academic needs met. In other words, trying to close the achievement gap, meeting the needs of our special needs and challenged students, and making sure there are programs for our gifted and talented "GATE" students. Making sure that ALL kids get what they need to succeed!

~ Effective governance, which includes working within our budget with a priority on the needs of our students.

~ Making sure our campus' are safe for all kids... physically (the facilities: buildings, playgrounds and classrooms) and emotionally (anti-bullying programs).

~Retaining administrators, teachers and classified employees. Thanks to all of you who have supported me over the years! Pat

SSFHS’s College & Career Center is raising funds to provide snacks, school supplies, and college and career resources for students preparing for life after graduation. Many students are balancing school, work, and responsibilities at home, and this support makes a real difference.
