The Horseradish festival was a good time as always yesterday. The Festival Season has kicked off in Collinsville in a major way. I would like to thank the fine employees of the city of Collinsville for all they do for our community. I hope to see Everyone today for the second day of the Horseradish Festival.

The latest conflict in Iran has me greatly concerned for the American Solider. It seems like the strikes are very surgical and well thought out. Trump promised not to commit ground troops and get us into a long conflict. He hasn't done that anywhere so far yet. I hope he sticks to his word.
The democrats are doing what they always do. Go after Trump. The way democratic thought leaders in this country are so reactionary in 2026 is mind boggling. After months of staying silent while tens of thousands of Iranian protestors were killed. They now are concerned for the Iranian People. Meanwhile the actual Iranian people are celebrating in the streets.
In closing I hope Democrat thought leaders don't try to weaken our country in attempt to hurt Trump. They did that during the Iraq War under Bush. They are more than capable of doing it again. The number one concern now for me is making sure American Soldiers come home safe. I don't want to see one Solider in a Bodybag.

The Collinsville Township had a very special visitor last night. Elliot Davis came to cover the ongoing controversy at the Collinsville Township Assesor's office. I highly recommend watching Elliot's piece on this developing story. He does a great job calling balls and strikes.

I wanted to wait to the all facts were brought to light with The ICE involved shooting of Renee Good. The death of this woman should not be celebrated. I feel bad anytime there is a loss of life in any situation. The facts of this case is the officer clearly acted in Self Defense.
Somehow this woman got to the point in her life where in her free time she went out of her way to harass Federal law enforcement officers. Unfortunately Renee Good committed two felonies before she died. Obstructing an officer and then assaulting one by hitting the ICE officer who shot her with a 4,000 pound SUV. We are in place now where political leaders encourage their followers to go out and obstruct and resistance federal law enforcement. These failed poltical leaders don't care about people's safety. Just look at their cities. The wife of Renee good saying drive baby drive was caught on video. Just think how different things would be if Mrs. Good would have listened to the officer instead of hitting him with her SUV.
