About us and what we offer!!!!

The College Park Community Library, staffed by volunteers, is located on the lower level of the College Park Church of the Nazarene at 9704 Rhode Island Avenue, College Park, Maryland. The CPCL was established in 2012 as a way to bring the community together through reading, events, free internet access, as a gathering place for community meetings, and more. We now have more than 250 families who have joined the library!

Come join us for Story Time at the library every Wednesday at 9:30am! Rain or shine, all year around. Stories and activities are geared towards babies and toddlers, but older kids are welcome too! When the weather is consistebtly nice we have story time outdoors; when it’s cold or rainy, we have a lovely big room inside.

Hope to see you and your littles there soon!

Summer schedule for Story Time
During the summer months we'll meet outdoors on the lawn of the church 9:30am through late Oct. early Nov. In case of rain we'll meet inside the library.

Story time is for infants and up, however, during the summer and holidays older siblings are welcome to join the group!

Each Wed., during the summer, story time will be held in the courtyard of the Church 9:30. Our story teller Mick a familiar face to those who have visited the Community Library's story time in the past welcomed her back this morning.
