From honoring this year’s award recipients to sharing memories at the Military Ball, Spring 2026 was a reminder of the excellence, professionalism, and camaraderie that define our battalion.

We’re halfway through UMD Giving Day and the Terrapin Battalion is incredibly grateful for everyone who has already supported our cadets today.

Every morning before most of campus wakes up, Maryland Army ROTC cadets are already training, preparing to become the next generation of leaders in the United States Army, Army Reserve, and National Guard.

Your support helps provide:
• Training equipment and leadership development
• Support for Ranger Challenge and Color Guard
• Professional military events and cadet training opportunities
• Scholarships for hardworking cadets

We’re still pushing to unlock additional scholarship support that will directly benefit our cadets, and every contribution helps us get closer.
