Bulk and Special Collections will only take place on Thursday, June 18. You must call 240-487-3590 or email [email protected] to schedule a pickup before setting your items out to the curb.

Get ready for International Pollinator Week! On Saturday, June 20, 2026, visit the Hollywood Farmers Market and stop by the Bee City Committee table to learn about our urban pollinators. You can take home free native plants for outdoor gardens, such as brown-eyed susan (Rudbeckia triloba) and beardtongues (Penstemon spp.). For children, you can stop by the table and get a free coloring book X Kids and the Incredible Invertebrates.

The Bee City Committee's mission is to help the College Park community preserve the future of urban pollinator populations. The third week in June is Pollinator Week, an annual international celebration that brings awareness to bees, butterflies, hummingbirds, and other wildlife that sustain global food supplies and ecosystems. College Park Seniors Advisory Committee presents: Game Day

Wednesday, June 17, 1:00 - 3:00 p.m.
College Park Woods Clubhouse
3545 Marlbrough Way, College Park

Join us for a fun and informal afternoon of games. We have a variety of games to choose from, or bring your own to share. This event is free and no registration is required. We will also have Fall Prevention Kits available for City residents over age 62. Proof of residency is required.

If you are able, please bring a non-perishable food item that we will donate to the College Park Food Bank following the event.

College Park Woods Clubhouse is located off Metzerott Road in College Park Woods at 3545 Marlbrough Way. There is plenty of free parking just steps away from the door. We hope you can join us.
