I met the Price County Democrats in Phillips last evening. The greatest topic of discussion was the lack of funding for public schools over the last two decades. I encourage everyone to visit the website Wisconsin Public Education Network www.wisconsinnetwork.org . I also want to thank all of those who signed my nomination papers.

Public education advocacy organization sharing resources, ideas, and actions that support the public schools at the heart of Wisconsin communities.

On Sunday, April 19 I attended the 3rd Congressional District Democratic Convention. We heard from a number of candidates, made recommendations regarding the State Democratic Platform, and submitted resolutions to be considered at the State Party Convention in June. I was very happy that my resolution was adopted as one of 10 to be voted on at the State Convention. I have included it here.

Fully-funded Childcare. (67 Words) - Dunn County

WHEREAS societal changes over several decades have resulted in a greater percentage of homemakers entering the workforce.
WHEREAS licensed childcare providers have obtained specialized training and deserve a living wage.
WHEREAS, many parents struggle, or are unable, to afford high quality childcare.
WHEREAS children are our most precious resource.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED, that the State of Wisconsin shall fully fund quality childcare from birth to full-time school attendance.

It is my hope that this resolution will help to ignite a sincere discussion in the legislature to address this important issue. I hope to be part of that discussion as the Senator serving the 23rd district.
I ask for your support. Jeff Foster.

I had the pleasure of addressing the Clark County Democrats today at the Granton Community Center and obtained a number of nomination signatures. I look forward to knocking doors there!

I did not win yesterday's race for Dunn County Board District 1, however I did manage to carry Wilson Township and the village of Ridgeland. I was just 4 votes short in Sand Creek. The killer was Grant Township, the one place I did not knock doors. (Darn!) Also, it did not help that the 377 postcards I sent 10 days ago still have not been delivered. Altogether, I received 46% of the vote. If one of those votes was yours, I am grateful. Anyway, I thoroughly enjoyed meeting so many friendly people while canvassing and you haven't seen the last of me yet!

I am pleased to announce that I have been awarded the 2026 Moms Demand Action Gun Sense Candidate distinction. This distinction is a signal to voters across the country that a candidate advocates for gun violence prevention and will govern with gun safety in mind. I am a gun owner and hunter. I believe in gun safety and reasonable violence prevention

It's down to the wire. One week until election day, April 7th. I've knocked on over 200 doors and maybe spoken to you. Several people have allowed me to put up my yard signs. Maybe you've received a post card on my behalf. If you are undecided about voting for me for Dunn County Board, text me your questions or concerns, 715-704-0735. For those who are voting for me, I ask that you speak to your friends and neighbors and encourage them to do the same. Let's give voice to rural Dunn County!
