Antelope Valley Community Emergency Response Team (North Mono County) Welcome to the Antelope Valley Community Emergency Response Team page. Meetings are held on the 2nd Thursday of every month at the Larson Fire Station.

Become a CERT member and help your community! What is a CERT team?
• If a disaster happens that overwhelms local response capability, CERT members can apply the training learned in the classroom and during exercises to give critical support to their family, loved ones, neighbors or associates in their immediate area until help arrives
• CERT members also are encouraged to support emergency respons

e agencies by taking a more active role in emergency preparedness projects in their community

How do I become a member?
• The Antelope Valley CERT Team Currently meets every second Thursday at 6:00 PM at the Antelope Valley Fire Station #3 1166 Larson Lane. Just attend any meeting for details. Who can become a member?
• Any person over the age of 18 that is interested in helping their neighbors and community in times of disaster can be a valuable member of CERT, regardless of age or physical limitations, and are urged to attend a meeting!
