Coleman Area Rescue Squad is looking for a motivated and dependable individual to join our team as a Full-Time EMT-B/AEMT & Office Manager.

This position is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys providing quality patient care while also helping with the day-to-day administrative operations of our rescue squad.

💼 Position
Full-Time EMT-B/AEMT & Office Manager

💰 Starting Pay: Up to $22.00/hour

🗓️ Schedule:
• 8–10 hour shifts
• Weekdays
• Primarily daytime hours

🚑 Responsibilities
The successful candidate will assist with both emergency medical services and office operations, including:
• Responding to emergency medical calls and providing patient care within your scope of practice
• Completing patient care reports and required documentation
• Maintaining accurate office and operational records
• Assisting with scheduling, paperwork, billing, and other administrative duties
• Communicating with patients, staff, and the public in a professional manner
• Helping maintain a clean, organized, and prepared station
• Other duties as assigned

✅ Requirements
• Current Wisconsin EMT-B or AEMT license
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable and dependable
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional and compassionate attitude toward patients and the community

Please remember that our office phone is NOT monitored 24/7 and should not be used to request emergency medical assistance.

🚨If you or someone else is experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911.🚨

Calling 911 ensures that your request is received by the appropriate dispatch center and allows the ambulance and/or other emergency resources to be dispatched as quickly as possible without delay.

For non-emergency business or administrative matters, you may continue to contact our office during our normal office hours.

We appreciate everyone’s help in making sure emergency calls are directed to 911 so we can respond as quickly as possible when someone needs us. 🚑

Coming to Equity Hall on Sunday, October 4th @ 3:00 pm is the #1 Johnny Cash tribute artist in the country. Tickets are $25 in advance and $30 at the door. Come down early and enjoy a chicken dinner before the show. On Monday, Coleman Rescue officially took delivery of our new 2026 Ford F-550 Horton Ambulance, complete with a Ferno Power Stretcher! To say we're excited would be an understatement.

We also said goodbye to our trusty 2008 ambulance. She served our community faithfully for a whole lot of years, a whole lot of miles, and a whole lot of calls. But lately… she was tired.

The part that means the most? Our community made this possible.

This ambulance was purchased with the majority of money being graciously donated by the people who matter most to us; you. Every donation, fundraiser, and show of support helped us replace an aging ambulance with something safer, more reliable, and better equipped to care for our neighbors.

So, when you see this shiny new rig rolling down the road, know that you helped put it there. ❤️ We hope you never need a ride in it, but if you do, we'll be there.

From all of us at Coleman Rescue, thank you. We truly couldn't do what we do without this community behind us. 🚑❤️

What an incredible weekend at the Coleman Fireman's Picnic! 🚑🚒

We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who came out to support this wonderful community tradition. Seeing so many smiling faces along the parade route and throughout the weekend reminds us how fortunate we are to serve such an amazing community.

A special thank you to our EMS members who volunteered their time to drive in the parade and hand out candy. Your dedication and willingness to represent Coleman EMS are greatly appreciated.

We'd also like to recognize and thank all of our local firefighters for the countless hours they dedicate to protecting our community, not only during events like the Fireman's Picnic, but every day. We are especially grateful for our dual-credentialed Firefighter/EMTs, whose commitment to serving in both fire and EMS roles exemplifies the true meaning of public service. Your hard work, sacrifice, and dedication do not go unnoticed.

Finally, thank you to everyone who attended the picnic, cheered us on during the parade, and supported the event. Your encouragement means the world to us, and we're proud to serve such a caring and supportive community.

Over the past two years, Emma has faced many challenges while continuing to push forward with determination and resilience. During that time, she successfully completed high school, became a licensed EMT, earned her Dispatch Certificate, and is currently taking additional college courses to further expand her knowledge and skills.
Today, we are proud to announce that Emma has officially graduated from the Jr. Observer Program and is now a valued member of Coleman Rescue and a licensed EMT!
We are incredibly honored that Emma and her family entrusted Coleman Rescue to help train, mentor, and guide her throughout this journey. Watching her dedication, perseverance, and passion for serving others has been truly inspiring, and we could not be prouder of the person and provider she has become.
Congratulations, Emma! Your hard work, strength, and commitment have paid off, and this achievement is well deserved. Now go save lives, answer radios, and remember, coffee (and Alani) are no longer optional. We can't wait to see all the amazing things you'll accomplish in the years ahead. 💙🚑👏

During EMS Week, we were honored to have a special flag made and donated in recognition of our EMS providers and first responders. We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to our local Police Chief, Adam Bieber, for taking the time and effort to create such a meaningful tribute.
