Only a few days left to claim your senior ceiling tile before it's gone! Through Friday June 12th, you may pick up your tile from the Elementary School office. When you arrive, please tell the office staff which number your tile is to help keep it streamlined. Any tiles not collected by June 12th will be given to the Coleman Historical Society (thank you!)

Klaira Dankert has had an amazingly successful 3D archery season. She has set three new personal best records and secured four podium positions out of five regionals. Congrats, Klaira! 🏹

☄️ What does leadership look like in kindergarten?

At Coleman, even our youngest Comets learn to set goals, work together, show kindness, and take responsibility through the 7 Habits of Leader in Me.

These students just wrapped up kindergarten, and we're excited to welcome the next class of future leaders this fall! 💙

Kindergarten registration is open now. Families may register at Coleman Elementary through June 12, or at the Board Office Monday-Thursday throughout the summer (8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.).

Students who register are also eligible to participate in our LEADing the Way Summer Program August 3-20 (Monday-Thursday, 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.). Breakfast and lunch will be provided, and space is limited.

💡 What is your "genius"?

At Coleman, we know that learning looks different for everyone. Some students are artists, builders, coders, athletes, musicians, problem-solvers, creators, and leaders. Genius Hour gives them the opportunity to share those passions with others.

During Genius Hour, students and staff create and lead activities based on their own interests, talents, and areas of expertise. It's a chance to explore, create, teach, learn, and discover something new.

Last week, students spent the afternoon exploring a variety of activities designed and led by members of our school community. From hands-on projects to creative challenges, Genius Hour encouraged curiosity, collaboration, and a love of learning.

Is your child starting kindergarten this fall? ☄️

This exciting milestone is just around the corner, and we're ready to help make the transition a great one.

Families can register at Coleman Elementary through June 12. After that, registration will continue all summer at the Board Office (Monday-Thursday, 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.).

Students who register may also participate in our LEADing the Way Summer Program August 3-20, where they'll have the opportunity to become familiar with school, make friends, and build confidence before the first day.

A piece of Coleman history has come down—but doesn't have to be left behind.

The ceiling tiles have been removed from the Jr/Sr High as renovations move forward. Student-painted tiles are available for pickup at the Elementary School through next week.

From favorite colors and sports teams to creative masterpieces and inside jokes, these tiles helped tell the story of generations of Comets. If one belongs to your family, be sure to claim it! ☄️🎨
