The Colebrook Police Department would like to remind everyone to use extra caution as students return to school. Please slow down, stay alert, and watch for children walking, biking, and crossing the roadway.

🚸 Remember the crosswalk on Main Street! Please stop and yield to pedestrians.

⚠️ When the school zone lights are flashing, the speed limit is 20 MPH on Main Street between the Route 26 intersection and South Main Street.

A few extra seconds can make all the difference. Let’s work together to keep Colebrook’s kids safe! 👮‍♂️📚

The Colebrook Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance regarding an ongoing investigation that occurrd at the Beaver Brook Falls parking area.

If you were traveling in the area of Beaver Brook Falls on 3/27/2026 between the hours of 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM and may have seen anything unusual or have any information, you are encouraged to contact Corporal Lurvey.
