Last Friday, we had the opportunity to celebrate the incredible people who make COCISD such a special place. ❤️🖤

Our End-of-Year Service Awards recognized faculty and staff members for their years of dedication, commitment, and service to our students, families, and community. Whether they’ve been with us for just a few years or have devoted decades to education, each honoree has made a lasting impact on the lives of countless Trojans.

Thank you to all of our award recipients for your hard work, passion, and unwavering commitment to excellence. We are grateful for everything you do to support our students and help them succeed.

COCISD is proud to once again participate in the Summer Meal Program, providing FREE breakfast and lunch for all children 18 years of age and younger throughout June!

☀️🚌 Summer School Starts Tomorrow! 📚✏️

We’re excited to welcome students back for COCISD Summer School, beginning Wednesday, June 3!

Summer School will be held Monday–Thursday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Coldspring-Oakhurst High School and will run through June 25.

Students participating in Summer School may be attending for:
✅ Grade promotion support
✅ EOC retesting
✅ Credit recovery

🚍 Transportation is available! Be sure to review the attached Summer School Bus Route Schedule and plan accordingly.

⏰ Reminder: Students should be at their bus stop 10 minutes before their scheduled pickup time.

Starting around June 1, families can use two tools to find nearby sites serving no-cost meals for children 18 and younger ─ VISIT www.SummerFood.org or CALL 2-1-1. In addition to locating a site, it’s important to frequently use these tools to confirm dates and times and gather more information about meal services.
