🇺🇸 25th Anniversary of September 11, 2001 🇺🇸

On Friday, September 11, 2026, the Colden Fire Company will hold a ceremony and candlelight vigil to honor and remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and to pay tribute to the firefighters, police officers, EMS personnel, military members, and civilians who made the ultimate sacrifice.

Last night, members of the Colden Fire Company had the opportunity to train alongside our mutual aid partners at the Patchin Fire Company burn building.

Our crews worked together in live-fire conditions, giving some of our newer members valuable hands-on experience operating inside a structure with live fire. Training like this helps build confidence, teamwork, and the skills needed to safely operate at real incidents.

A big thank you to the Patchin Fire Company for hosting us and providing an excellent training opportunity. We’re proud to train together with our mutual aid partners and continue building a stronger fire service for our communities.

Today the Colden Fire Company is standing by at the Erie County fair by Gate 5. Even though it's raining on and off, it's still a beautiful day at the fair.

Today is the day! ⭐️It begins at 11:00 and happens quickly so don't be late or you'll miss the fun!! Please arrive a few minutes before so you get to where you need to be before 11. 0-3 will be inside, 4-7 on the front lawn and 8-12 on the left side behind the building.
This is a rain or shine event so make sure to dress for the weather. 🥾And today definitely looks like a little rain is upon us.🌧️Due to all of the rain in the past few days the grounds are pretty soggy. The Easter bunny will be available for pictures afterwards. 🐰
