As we reach the end of the first week of the 2026-2027 school year, and look forward to the upcoming Labor Day weekend, we thought this would be a good time to share the staff photo we took during our inservice time this fall.

The shirts have the saying “Constructing Colby’s Future” & seemed appropriate for the start of this year.

Special thanks goes out to Forward Bank, whose CMMA donation last year paid for most of the costs associated with the purchase of these shirts.

Special thanks also goes to Designer Advertising of Colby for the production of these shirts for our staff.

It's a new school year! Fifth grade students are enjoying every minute of recess!

First day of seventh grade is in the books. . . . awesome day for seventh grade students as they mastered a STEM project, completed a “get to know me” exercise, and greeted past friends and welcomed new classmates. The 26-27’ school year is going to be outstanding.

Our seniors kicked off the first day of their final high school chapter with a sunrise breakfast this morning. Between the golden glow, the early morning fog, and great company, it was the perfect way to start the year.

We are thrilled to welcome our students back! As we kick off the new school year, we want to ensure our Before and After School Program (BASP) runs as safely and smoothly as possible for every family.
