Construction is underway at CHA! McDonald Towers and Roulier Heights have also been listed on the NYS & National Registers of Historic Places. We are very proud of our partnership with MDG Development & Construction, Newman Design, JP Morgan Chase, PNC Bank and the City of Cohoes. We are excited to see the transformation of each of the three CHA sites.
