Mark you calendars for our next "Art in the Library" program on Tuesday September 22nd. Join local artist Jennifer Thomas in this embroidery class! Punch needle art is a type of embroidery that involves using a special needle to thread loops of yarn into fabric to create pattern and texture. This traditional craft goes back to the 15th century. Learn how to use the punch needle and turn your design into a wall hanging.

Registration is required. Please call 585-384-5170 to sign up. Materials provided free of charge. Ages 16+

This project is made possible with funds from the Statewide Community Regrants Program, a regrant program of the New York State Council on the Arts with the support of the Office of the Governor and the New York State Legislature and administered by The ARTS Council of the Southern Finger Lakes.
