The Cohasset Select Board meets tomorrow Tuesday June 9th, 2026 at 7PM. The first part of the meeting is hybrid and includes Town legal counsels’ opinion on the Wheelwright Park Cell Tower.

The second part of the meeting is the Goals Workshop (7:55PM). This is a key meeting for the Select Board as they discuss their goals for the upcoming year. According to the agenda, this meeting is in-person only.

Tonight (4/29/26) the Cohasset Public Safety Facilities Committee will host a public forum about Article 21 - the proposed PUBLIC SAFETY BUILDING - at 6:30PM at 135 King Street St. or via zoom.

We would like to gain a better understanding of the financial impact of this capital project. For example: What is the estimated total amount borrowed and over how many years? Why is there no “not-to-exceed” cost outlined on the Town Meeting Warrant? What are the operational costs? Will there be additional staffing costs?

Tomorrow night (4/28/26) the Select Board will meet to interview and choose our next Town Manager. This decision is being made 11 days before a Town election that will determine 3/5 members of the Select Board.
