KANSAS READS TO PRESCHOOLERS is Coming! 📚

We are proud to join the State Library of Kansas in celebrating this statewide initiative that encourages reading to every Kansas child from birth through age five during the month of November.

Why is this important? Reading to your little one builds their vocabulary, strengthens your bond, and increases their readiness for kindergarten!

✨ Keep an eye on our page! We will soon announce a special storytime event in November where we'll be reading the chosen book, Little Nita's Big Idea. Attendees will also receive a FREE copy of the book while supplies last!

It's the 20th annual National Friends of Libraries Week! This week, we recognize and celebrate the volunteers everywhere who support their libraries in all kinds of ways—from fundraising to advocacy to spreading the word about all the great things the library has to offer.
