🍲 CALLING ALL SOUP CHEFS! 🍲

Some of the very best parts of Souport are pictured right here: creative tables, incredible soup, a little friendly competition and a whole lot of people showing up for our neighbors. And this year, we’re doing it again!

We’re looking for businesses, organizations, restaurants, friend groups and community members to join us as Soup Chefs for Souport the End of Homelessness.

🍲 Benefiting the St. Vincent de Paul North Idaho Warming Center

What does a Soup Chef do?
Gather your team, choose your favorite soup, chili, chowder or stew, and bring enough to serve approximately 120 people (4–5 gallons). You'll set up and decorate your own 8-foot table, serve samples to hundreds of hungry guests, compete for bragging rights and awards, and have a LOT of fun doing it. Chef teams should be set up and ready to serve by 10:30 AM, and registration is just $25.

Last year, nearly 40 Soup Chefs filled the Fairgrounds with everything from lasagna soup and green curry bisque to Cougar Gold potato soup, all while raising critical funds to help keep our neighbors safe and warm through the winter.

And because this is St. Vinny’s 80th anniversary year, every bowl means a little more. For 80 years, this community has stepped up for neighbors in need. Becoming a Soup Chef is one wonderfully delicious way to keep that tradition going.

A wonderful gift for one of St. Vinny’s most successful and underfunded programs! 💙

We are incredibly grateful to 3Cs CDA for awarding a generous $4,500 grant to support Trinity Group Homes. Trinity provides safe, supportive housing for up to 56 adults living with persistent mental illness. Across five homes, residents receive individualized support, build essential life skills and work toward greater stability, confidence and independence.

Trinity Group Homes Manager Annie Parker accepted this meaningful gift on behalf of the residents and team she serves with such extraordinary compassion and dedication.

Thank you, 3Cs, for believing in our neighbors and investing in a program where dignity, belonging and hope truly change lives.

A beautiful afternoon celebrating the people who make St. Vinny’s such a special place. 💙

Our staff BBQ had all the good stuff: sunshine, raffle prizes, plenty of laughs, our maintenance team working the grill, a couple four-legged guests, and time to simply enjoy being together at Father Bill’s Kitchen.

This team works hard every single day, often behind the scenes, meeting our neighbors with compassion, dignity and a willingness to serve wherever they’re needed. Today was about celebrating them.

Good food. Good people. Big hearts. We’re pretty lucky to call this crew ours. 💙
