WCRHA is accepting bids for a roofing project at Old Mill Village. We will have a bid opening on April 17th, 2026, at 2:00pm, at our main office.

ACCEPTING MOWING BIDS

Wise County Redevelopment & Housing Authority is accepting bids for a one-year contract for mowing services at eight of its housing properties in Wise County. The locations will be placed into two groups, East and West. The East bid includes 4 locations and the West bid will include 4 locations. The minimum requirements include a satisfactory demonstration on performance capacity and satisfactory demonstration of insurance including liability and workers compensation.
Bids will be accepted at the WCRHA Central Office at 107 Litchfield Street, NW, Coeburn, VA until 2:00 P.M. on March 20th, 2026. At that time, bids will be opened and read aloud. A bid package is available at the central office for prospective bidders or through email.
