Are you a college student looking for a summer job while home from school? Are you a high school student looking for a way to pay for fun summer activities? Are you a parent with a teenager who wants to chill on the sofa this summer, but you want them out of the house learning life skills and responsibility?

We’re hiring lifeguards for this summer’s swimming season! We have lifeguard positions available on our team for those 15 years old or older. To apply or learn more, send us a Facebook message or an email.

The lifeguard certification course can be taken at any place that certifies lifeguards, like the YMCA, Winona Park & Recreation, etc. If you need help finding a lifeguard certification course, we can help you find a class - valid for 2 years. You do not need to be certified or enrolled in a class to apply. If hired, the lifeguard certification cost will be reimbursed over a 2-year period of employment. Classes are limited in our area, so don’t wait until the last minute! Let us help you get enrolled today!

Have creative ideas? Enjoy supporting your community? We are asking for your ideas on ways to improve the pool. We invite you to attend our Annual Meeting to share your creative ideas - held this Wednesday, April 8 at 6:00 p.m. at Cochrane Village Hall.

We have opportunities for people with all different skills – mechanical, clerical, staffing and more.

Please consider this opportunity for community volunteerism and to keep our pool open for all to enjoy, including your family. Our community pool is being operated by volunteers and lifeguards who are passionate about the pool. No one can do everything, but everyone can do something. Please say you want to keep our community pool open. Can’t make it? That’s okay. Message us to show your interest.
