2026 COMPOST SITE SCHEDULE - OPEN SATURDAY APRIL 11, 2026 & APRIL 25, 2026.

Residents who wish to drop off their lawn and garden debris may do so at our shared compost site located at 2240 Upper Gap Road, South Coatesville, PA. The site is open during various Saturdays during the year. Operating hours are 8:00AM - 2:00PM.
The compost site will accept leaves in paper bags (plastic bags NOT permitted) and small tree branches (3 inches in diameter or smaller). The compost site does not accept tree trunks, tree roots, lumber, pallets or other wood. No grass trimmings.

TRASH, BULK TRASH & RECYCLING PICK-UP FRIDAY APRIL 10, 2026.
Friendly reminder that AJ Blosenski is operating on its normal schedule this week Friday, April 10, 2026 is Trash and WEST SIDE recycling pick-up. Please have your trash and recycling container bins out Thursday night.
Remember to place your one (1) BULK ITEM every week for collection by your trash container. Any trash container issues that are either damaged or broken wheel parts, please contact East Fallowfield Township office to have repaired.

- Possible future lawn to meadow conversion projects and tree plantings.
- Environmental topics for upcoming Township comprehensive plan – work with planning commission.

REMINDER - East Fallowfield Township Parks & Recreation Committee Meeting to be held on Tuesday April 7, 2026 @ 6:30PM. The meeting to be held in person at the Township Building.
All community residents are welcome and invited to attend the America 250 Planning meeting this evening. No experience is necessary! Whether you have a good idea, wish to volunteer for the event, or want to see what is happening, please consider attending.
The America 250 Event will be held on Saturday June 27, 2026, in the East Fallowfield Township Park.

YARD WASTE, & CHIPPING SERVICE - MONDAY APRIL 6, 2026.

REMINDER - SPRING FINALLY HAS ARRIVED!!!
Curbside Yard Waste, & Chipping Service for East Fallowfield Township Residents will begin on MONDAY APRIL 6, 2026. Please have your yard waste and leaf bags (biodegradable bags only) no plastic bags at curbside by 6:00AM on collection day. Allow our Public Works team twenty-four to seventy-two hours for collection.

HELPFUL TRASH & RECYCLING REMINDERS FROM AJ BLOSENSKI.

When trash isn't fully bagged, such as loose bags and papers, these lightweight materials can escape the compactor as the trucks move onto their collection stops. To help reduce the chance of loose debris escaping we kindly encourage residents to bag all trash securely before placing it in your containers. This will make a difference in keeping our neighborhood's clean and ensuring safe, efficient service.
