Great info from the team at CHP - Rainbow Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Facility

⚠️ OUT-OF-SERVICE! ⚠️

A massive loader is only as safe as the smallest link holding it down. Swipe to see why a DOT inspector would place an immediate Out-of-Service (OOS) order on this vehicle.

That bent, inoperable safety latch on the trailer's safety chain hook means the connection is legally compromised under FMCSR/CVSA criteria. Don't let a simple spring ground your entire operation and rack up thousands in fines.

πŸ‘‰ Pre-Trip Checklist Reminder: Check your hooks, cross your chains, and never roll with compromised hardware.

β˜€οΈ THE TEMPERATURE IS NOT THE SPEED LIMIT! πŸŒ‘οΈπŸš”

An officer stopped this vehicle after it was traveling 97 MPH in a 55 MPH zone.

We know it’s hot in the Central Valley, but 97 belongs on the thermometer β€” not the speedometer. 😎

Slow down, buckle up, and get there safely.
