The location has changed to Patterson Library. The city found out about our planned picket and decided to change the time and location of the testing process so we would not be present as candidates showed up. Your Patterson firefighters caught wind of the change and are now out in front of the new testing location.

We are looking for Paramedics for our EMS Division. If you have a desire to be in the Fire Service this is a great way to get started. To date we have promoted four from our EMS Division into the Fire Division. For those that have no interest in Fire we have a great EMS Division that is a professional group committed to the community and each other with a focus on career development and growth.

Laterals with two years plus experience can start at step C of the salary schedule.

If not interested in full time, we have Per Diem opportunities as well.
