🚫 A reminder that no parking signs will be in effect, so please watch for posted areas and plan accordingly.

We would like to thank everyone who came out to our Movie Night—we truly appreciate your support and hope you had a great evening with the community!
We also want to sincerely apologize for not showing Zootopia 2 as advertised. Unfortunately, the movie rights we received were for Zootopia, not the sequel, and we did not realize the error until the movie began playing.
We understand this was disappointing and appreciate your patience and understanding. We will take steps to ensure this does not happen again at future events.
A special thank you as well to our food vendors & BHSB for being there and helping make the night even more enjoyable—we appreciate your participation and support!

📢 Summer Park Program Update JUNE 8th
Due to the forecast calling for rain and thunderstorms throughout the day, we have decided to cancel the Park Program for Monday, June 8. Our first day of the program will now be Wednesday, June 10. While we were excited to get started, we want to ensure that our campers have a safe, dry, fun, and positive first day.
Thank you for your understanding and flexibility. We look forward to kicking off a great summer with everyone on Wednesday! ☀️🌳

🌧️🚜 Coal Valley Farmers Market: Rain 0, Community 1! 🥕🍓

Well, Mother Nature apparently didn't get the memo that it was Farmers Market Day.

The monsoon-like rains did their best to dampen the excitement, but Coal Valley showed up anyway—and wow, did you show up!

We are thrilled to report that our very first Coal Valley Farmers Market was an overwhelming success.

In fact, many of our vendors sold out of products and packed up early because they simply had nothing left to sell! Several vendors were nearly cleaned out within the first hour of the market.

To those who arrived after the rain moved through, we sincerely apologize if you found empty tables or vendors already heading home. We certainly didn't anticipate such an incredible turnout for our first market, and we're already working with vendors to help meet the growing demand.

Most importantly, THANK YOU, COAL VALLEY! Your support exceeded every expectation. Because of the enthusiasm shown by our community, our vendors unanimously agreed that a monthly market just isn't enough.

🎉 The Coal Valley Farmers Market will be moving to a WEEKLY market! 🎉

Stay tuned as we continue to grow the Coal Valley Market throughout the season. We'll be adding new vendors, expanding product offerings, and bringing even more local goods to our community each week.

🍅 As summer progresses, you'll also see more fresh, locally grown produce arriving at the market. The gardens are just getting started, and the best is yet to come!

⏰ One lesson we learned this weekend: come early! We had customers shopping before the official opening time, and many popular items disappeared fast.
Thank you again for making our first market such a memorable day. We are excited to keep building something special together—one Sunday at a time.

Great news—no rain in the forecast for tomorrow night, so Movie Night in the Park is a go!
Come early—we’ll have food trucks on site! Grab your lawn chairs, blankets, and the family, and join us for a fun evening under the stars.

☀️ PARK PROGRAM UPDATE ☀️

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who signed up for the Park Program this summer! We have had an overwhelming amount of interest, inquiries, and registrations, and we are excited to announce that the program is now officially FULL and registration is CLOSED for the summer.

We are so excited for an amazing, fun-filled, jam-packed 8 weeks with all of your kids! We have so many activities, games, crafts, and memories ahead of us, and we can’t wait to get started.

Be on the lookout for another post tomorrow with important information regarding Monday, June 8th, the first day of our summer program!
