Strip Mine Road ran right through what is now 1915 Lincoln Lake Dr. The Goose Lake Subdivisions were developed by Robert Drake in the 60's. Fred Agazzi purchased and named Deer Cove in 1968 and built a summer home attached to a trailer. Tom Ferguson bought the property from him in 1993 and in 1997 tore down the summer house and built the current house.

I planted these seven Austrian Pines by Lincoln Lake Lake Drive many years ago when they were 3 feet tall. A couple years later, the leader broke off of one of these trees. I put this stake in the ground and zip tied one of the branches to it facing upwards. Two of these photos show the original stake still there and how that tree grew straight as an arrow.
