February 9, March 9, April 6 (changed from the 13th), May 11, June 8, July 13, August 10, September 4, October 12, November 9,( budget public hearing and regular meeting) December 14 and January 11, 2027
Start time is 7:00 pm.

Notice is hereby given that there will be a public hearing at the town of French Creek highway building in the meeting room at 10106 Ravlin Hill Rd., Clymer NY on Monday December 8, 2025, for a moratorium on commercial solar battery storage systems and commercial wind energy facilities. The purpose of this hearing is to give the town board of the town of French Creek ample time to understand town residents concerns regarding battery storage and wind energy questions. This moratorium will remain in place until December 31, 2026.
The hearing will begin at 7:00 pm, with the regular monthly meeting to follow.

Notice is hereby given that the preliminary budget of the town of French Creek for the fiscal year beginning January 1,2026 has been completed and filed in the town clerks office at 369 Rt 426, Clymer NY. It is available for inspection during hours for any interested resident.
Further notice is hereby given that the town board of the Town of French Creek will meet and review said budget at a public hearing in the meeting room at the town highway building at 10106 Ravlin Hill Rd. Clymer NY at 7:00pm on Thursday November 6, 2025. At such hearing any person may be heard in favor or against the preliminary budget or any items contained within, pursuint to town law 108. The regular monthly meeting will follow immediately after the public hearing.
The proposed salaries of the following officials are as follows;
Town Supervisor: $6,180.00
Town board $6,000.00
Highway Superintendent: $59,000.00
Town clerk: $9,640.00
Tax collector: $2735.00
Town Justice: $4,450.00

It will be at the French Creek highway building from 5 to 7pm.

I want to give an advanced notice to everyone in the area.
We will be having a free rabies clinic on Tuesday Sept. 23rd from 5-7pm at the French Creek Highway building.I don't have the full details yet, but will post them as soon as I get them. If you want to license your dog that night, I will be there to do that too. It is $5.00 for spayed or neutered, and 15.00 for un-spayed and un-neutered. Bring a copy of spay or neutered certificate.
