thunderstorms with strong outflow winds extending from near Ute Lake
State Park to 9 miles southwest of Wheatland, moving east at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
