🗑️✨ Trash to Treasure! ✨🤖

Our Crowders Creek Innovators’ Club students took on an incredible engineering challenge this week!

Each student was asked to bring in three random pieces of clean trash from home, without knowing what they were for. Once they arrived, they were randomly grouped with teammates and given their mission: use their combined "trash" to engineer something entirely new!

These amazing young minds put essential real-world skills into action:

Collaboration & Teamwork – Merging completely different materials and ideas into a single vision.

Thinking Outside the Box – Seeing a plastic bottle, cardboard tube, or egg carton not as garbage, but as a structural building block!

Problem Solving – Adapting their designs on the fly when things didn't fit or hold together as expected.

We are so proud of how these students communicated, shared ideas, and tackled the unknown with creativity and enthusiasm. Check out some of their incredible creations below! 👇🎨✂️

We are excited to launch an All Pro Dad Chapter at CCE! This monthly gathering allows students to connect with dads and other positive adult role models through fun activities, meaningful conversations, and character-building lessons.

Our first gathering is Tuesday, September 22, at 7:15 a.m. in the Staff Development Room. Space is limited, and each child must be accompanied by an adult. Please RSVP using the QR code below. We hope to see you there!
