The Vienna Township BDA is seeking bids from qualified planners/engineers, etc., to develop a master plan for 63 acres located at 4240 West Wilson Road, Clio, Michigan. The goal is a destination park like setting with activities for visitors of all ages. The selected firm will work closely with the BDA Board of Directors to develop a comprehensive master plan that reflects the vision, priorities, and long-term goals for the park. This will be a phased project, and the selected firm must be well versed in planning and grant application and assistance, etc.

Sealed proposals must be received by the BDA on or before 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, June 30, 2026. Late bids will not be accepted. A copy of the bid packet can be downloaded on our website at viennatownshipbda.com/about_us/request_for_proposals.php.

The Vienna Township BDA is currently seeking sponsors for our annual Fairy Tale Trail event at Bridge Park on Thursday, August 6th from 6–8 PM! 🧚🌷

This free community event welcomes approximately 200–300 attendees each year, with all activities and refreshments funded through BDA support and local sponsorships.
