NOTICE: On WEDNESDAY, 9/16/26, from approximately 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, water is to be tentatively SHUT OFF on lower KELLOGG STREET between Mulberry Street and East Park Row. Also, tentatively, it is to be SHUT OFF on lower MULBERRY STREET between Utica Street and Kellogg Street. The Village Department of Public Works will be replacing valves.
