NOTICE: Two FIRE HYDRANTS will be replaced on lower FOUNTAIN STREET between SOUTH PARK ROW and CHESTNUT STREET from Monday, 6/8/26 to Thursday, 6/11/26. There may be brief interruptions to water service in the immediate area while the Village Department of Public Works completes this project.

Village Planning Board meeting CANCELLED.

The regularly scheduled Village of Clinton Planning Board meeting for Monday, June 8, 2026 at 7:00 PM in the Board Room of Lumbard Memorial Hall has been cancelled. There have been no applications submitted for Board review.

The June 2026 Village of Clinton tax bills have been mailed out. The bills are for the fiscal year June 1st of the current year to May 31st of the following year. Taxes are to be paid to the Village Collector from June 1st through and including the due date of July 1st from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, except Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. Taxes may be paid during the regular collection period without additional charges. Envelopes postmarked by July 1st are accepted. Please note, payments must be for the exact amount due at the time of collection. Incorrect payments will be returned. Late fees are assessed as follows: 5% on July 2nd, 6% on August 1st, and 7% on September 1st.

Any tax bills that remain unpaid by the end of September are sent to the Oneida County Department of Finance. At this point, the Village property taxes and penalty fees will be relevied onto the Town of Kirkland Town and County Tax bills that come out on January 1st of each year.

Please understand, it is your responsibility to make sure that you both receive and pay your bill by the due date. Late fees are not excused in situations where a mailed bill or payment is not received. If you do not receive a bill within one week, please contact the Village Clerk’s office at 315-853-5231.

Copies of paid Village tax bills can be provided upon request.
