Sheriff Aaron N. Brown reports the following arrests and incidents for the week:

𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟒, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 – 𝐖𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐬:
Sheriff Brown, Captain Bilbruck, Master Sergeant Logan, Detective Kubilus, Detective Stutzman, Deputy Saulters, and Deputy Harms, assisted by the Missouri State Highway Patrol and Clinton Police Department, conducted a warrant service in the Clinton area. Bryan Sharp, age 27, of Clinton, was arrested on several Henry County felony warrants for Domestic Assault – 1st Degree, Domestic Assault – 2nd Degree, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Receiving Stolen Property.
𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟓, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 – 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐖𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐒𝐮𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐝/𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐨𝐤𝐞𝐝:
Deputy Douglas conducted a traffic stop in the Windsor area that resulted in the arrest of Walter Grijalba, age 37, of Chilhowee, for Driving While Suspended/Revoked.
𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟓, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 – 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐮𝐥𝐭:
Deputy Harms responded to a domestic disturbance in progress in the Calhoun area. The investigation resulted in the arrest of Dakodah Yount, age 32, of Calhoun, for Assault. Yount allegedly tackled the victim to the ground during an argument.
𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟖, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 – 𝐃𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐮𝐥𝐭 – 𝟒𝐭𝐡 𝐃𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐞:
Deputy England responded to a domestic disturbance in progress in the rural Clinton area. The investigation resulted in the arrest of Caleb Ayres, age 39, of Clinton, for Domestic Assault – 4th Degree.
𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟗, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 – 𝐖𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭:
Timblin Angel, age 46, of Clinton, was arrested at the Henry County Sheriff's Office on a Henry County warrant for Fraudulent Use of a Credit Device.
𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟗, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 – 𝐖𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭:
Master Sergeant Logan and Deputy Douglas conducted a warrant service in the Deepwater area that resulted in the arrest of Larry Martin, age 55, of Deepwater, on a Cass County felony warrant for Homicide – Involuntary Manslaughter.
𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟗, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 – 𝐃𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐮𝐥𝐭 – 𝟐𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐞, 𝐔𝐧𝐥𝐚𝐰𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐔𝐬𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐚 𝐖𝐞𝐚𝐩𝐨𝐧, 𝐄𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐟𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐚 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐝, 𝐀𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐨𝐫 𝐍𝐞𝐠𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐚 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐝, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭:
Master Sergeant Logan, Detective Kubilus, Detective Baker, and Deputy McQueen responded to a physical domestic disturbance in progress in the rural Clinton area. The investigation resulted in the arrest of Caleb Ayres, age 39, of Clinton, on a 24-hour investigative hold for Domestic Assault and Resisting Arrest.
Within 24 hours, Henry County Prosecuting Attorney Gray filed formal charges, and a warrant was issued for Domestic Assault – 2nd Degree, Unlawful Use of a Weapon, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and Abuse or Neglect of a Child.
