The Country Boy Store is owned by Steve and Nova Evans. Steve Evans has been an auctioneer in central IL for 40+ years. Click on the catalog below for terms, conditions, and items that are for sale.
Lance has known Steve Evans for almost as long as he has been on this earth. Steve was instrumental in making Lance's career as an auctioneer a success. At a young age I would go to Steve's auction house in Mclean, IL. Steve would always let me sell. Experience is 100% the best teacher there is. Through the years I have worked many, many auctions with Steve. Steve's health has failed and he can no longer run his store. I can honestly say it breaks my heart. It is amazing to me how it seemed like forever I was the kid, and the guys like Steve was the 'old guys' in the auction business. WOW, has the role changed. I was joking with Steve while back. I said So*******ch, you used to be old and I was young, now look at us, we are both old. We both got a laugh out of that.
