This service is available the second Wednesday of the month from 9 – 11 a.m. No appointment is necessary.

Don’t forget, our mobile pantry will be here for you throughout the month! Here is where you can find us in September.

All distributions are from 10 a.m. – noon. If you have any questions, feel free to leave a comment below or send us a DM.

In addition to our mobile pantry, the Community Food Bank of Macomb County partners with local pantries to distribute food throughout the County. You can find a list of our partners here: bit.ly/45VFHvq.

💡What to expect at the distribution:
No appointment is needed. When you arrive, our volunteers will ask a few questions. Everything is based on self-disclosure. You’ll be asked for your name, whether you’re a Michigan resident, how many people are in your household and how you qualify.

Eligibility can be based on several factors, such as income, participation in assistance programs, or simply an urgent need for food.
If you are arriving by car, you may remain in your vehicle and volunteers will load items for you. Walk-up guests are welcome and can check in with a volunteer for assistance.

Here’s the latest on Gleaners upcoming food distribution events in Macomb County. This week there are distribution events scheduled for today, Monday August 31 from 1:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. in Warren; Tuesday, September 1, also in Warren; and Thursday, September 3 in Fraser.

Gleaners is hosting drive-up food distributions this week, which are free and open to the public. Anyone in need of food is encouraged to attend and will receive over 35 pounds of nutritious groceries, like milk, fresh fruit, vegetables, lean protein, and other shelf-stable items while supplies last.
