The Clinton Township Senior Adult Life Center receives $5,000 in grants from Healthcare of Michigan and The MolinaCares Accord to establish Connecting Callers Program thanks to the support of the Michigan Association of Senior Centers!
Molina Healthcare of Michigan and The MolinaCares Accord announced grants totaling $135,000 to 21 senior centers across the state to develop programs addressing loneliness and social isolation among older adults-- Including the CTSC!!
We recognize the devastating impacts and barriers to social isolation. Our primary goal of the Connecting Callers program is to break the cycle of social isolation amongst seniors by reconnecting with and reengaging members. Through this project we will be able to connect qualified participants and their caregivers to community resources, offer continued monthly connection to those who are unable to be present at the Senior Center, and continue to provide active senior volunteers with meaningful purpose.

Volunteer applications are now available to pick up at the Senior Center front desk for interested members!
